Rib Eye Steaks
This is one of Richard’s favourite steaks and is very popular with my customers too, the flavour is amazing due to the beautiful marbling, best served medium to rare, grill, griddle, fry or bbq! We recommend resting the steak for half the cooking time to allow it to relax.
£25 per kg. Available in 250g increments
All of our beef is from our own farm, traditionally reared and grass fed on the lush West Cornwall grass of the Lamorna Valley. Our beef is well hung, then butchered by our traditional butcher on site at the farm shop.
