Beef Sausages

These beef sausages have a high meat content and are very popular in our house, especially for the youngest member of our family-5 year old Harvey, one of his favourites, which is handy for me as they make a delicious quick meal. They are also very popular with my customers to use in sausage casserole with red wine, or just on the barbecue.

£10 per kg. Available in 250g increments

All of our beef is from our own farm, traditionally reared and grass fed on the lush West Cornwall grass of the Lamorna Valley. Our beef is well hung, then butchered by our traditional butcher on site at the farm shop.
